Hello my name is Kelli (Allen) Noval. I am entering my 7th year in the field of education. I received my Bachelors Degree at Wilmington College and obtained my Masters in Reading and Literacy at Walden University. For the past six years I have worked in the Dayton Area as a middle school teacher as well as curriculum coordinator and Math Coach. This year I will be teaching 6th-8th grade mathematics at Imagine Klepinger and can't wait! Watching students grow and seeing their progress from one year to the next is one of the reasons why I love teaching. I can't wait to see what the future holds!

I began my journey to teaching at Bowling Green State University where I received my Bachelors of Science in Middle Childhood Education. After graduation, I taught middle school Language Arts and Science in Toledo, OH before I relocated to the Dayton area. The main reason I became a teacher was because I want my students to find their passion in life. I love helping students discover their motivation and I want to be an advocate to help them plan their future.

I am going to be the middle school social studies and science teacher this year at Imagine Klepinger.  After completing my degree at Berea College in Kentucky, I returned to my native North Carolina and taught at a middle school for four years.  I taught seventh grade social studies and science and coached volleyball and track & field.  I am very excited about the new challenges awaiting me at Imagine, and can't wait to see what this year will bring!
